Ascension (CON + POW)
The Ascension skill is a measure of an Adventurers (or Creatures) body, mind and spirit to accept changes imposed by a particular group of alterations, collectively known as Evolutions, without suffering inherent consequences of the transformation. In essence, Ascension, through Evolutions, alters the fundamental essence of an Adventurer, allowing them to become more than they originally were.
Every 10% or fraction thereof of the Ascension skill allows 1 point of Ascension to be assigned to Evolutions. For example, Cirus has an Ascension of 53%, meaning he could place up to six (6) points into Evolutions.
This skill is never rolled against when assigning or using Evolutions. Its value merely limits how many Evolutions may be selected to augment an Adventurer.
